The starting point

Retail brings the brand to many people — but not to everyone.

Fans who moved away, live in another country or simply have no stocking store nearby could not buy. And the brand learned little about the people who would have.

What we did

A direct sales channel next to retail.

A web shop, an admin panel for the team and a mobile app — all on one API that owns every price, total and tax rule. The API is connected to the ERP, so the warehouse and accounting work from the same records the customer bought from.

The result

Live four months after the first workshop. Customers now order wherever they are.

Retail stays the main channel; the shop closes the gaps around it. The brand sees every direct order and where it came from — and speaks to customers in their own language.

What we built

Shop, admin and app.
One system.

Web shop

Single products and curated boxes, fast on any device.

Admin panel

The team runs products, orders and stores without IT.

ERP sync

Orders flow to fulfilment and invoicing automatically.

Payments

The payment methods customers expect.

14 languages

Every page and email translated natively.

Passwordless login

Email code, magic link or Sign in with Apple.

Multi-store

One platform, several shops — each on its own domain.

Mobile app

iOS and Android from one codebase.

Mobile app

The shop as an app, too.

Order updates by push and reordering in a few taps — with the same account as the web shop.

Available for iOS and Android.

How it fits together

One API in the middle.

The applications display. The API decides. The ERP keeps the books.

Why it matters

From business to customer closes a gap: people get their favourite brands even when there is no classic retail store nearby.

What the business gets

A second channel.
Next to retail, not against it.

What changes for the people who decide — not just for IT.

  1. Reach the customers retail can't

People with no store nearby can still buy — and the brand gets to know them: who orders, what, and from where. Retail partners keep their shelf; the shop reaches everyone else.

  2. Live in 4 months

From the first workshop to the first real order. Revenue starts early; features follow in short steps.

  3. New markets without a new project

14 languages, and the platform is built for several shops. The next country or brand is set up, not rebuilt.

  4. No double entry

Every order reaches the ERP on its own. Finance and the warehouse work from the same numbers as the shop.

  5. Numbers you can steer by

Order value, campaigns and sales channels measured per order — so marketing budget goes where it pays back.

  6. Runs, and stays running

Monitoring and alerts watch the shop and its connections. When something breaks, we know — and fix it.
